His professional contributions are highlighted in the Third Civil Civil Court of the city of Monteria, the Mayor's Office of Cartagena de Indias, the Ombudsman's Office and the Administrative Unit for Territorial Consolidation in the Valle del Cauca.

She is born in Bogota and graduated in Economics from the Universidad de los Andes with two Masters: one in Economics from the same university and another, in Public Administration from Harvard University, from the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
He worked for more than 10 years with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington D.C and Bogotá, as an economic evaluation specialist. She was also a consultant for the World Bank in education and research assistant at the Universidad de los Andes.
His professional expertise has focused on the design of monitoring and evaluation schemes for development projects in Latin America and the Caribbean; It has an advanced knowledge of impact evaluation implementation techniques and processes, as well as the application of corporate instruments for development effectiveness in international financing institutions.
ANA MARÍA PALAU

Lawyer and Politologist at the Universidad de los Andes, with a specialization in Public Policies and Development and a Master's degree in Development Management from the same university, with more than 15 years of experience in management and financing of Sustainable Development. He has extensive experience and achievements in public and private institutions, leading comprehensively strategies for the formulation and implementation of public policies, structuring, development and management of projects with local and regional impact.
In the Presidency of the Republic, from the High Council for the Regions, promoted regional development processes, citizen participation and accountability; She was a strategic advisor in the Directorate of the National Television Commission; She worked in the Ministry of Labor in coordination with the Organization of American States - OAS and was Executive Director of the Intergremial and Business Committee of Valle del Cauca, where she led processes of transcendental regional importance.
During the last four years he was at Findeter, where he served as Manager for the Pacific, Sustainability and New Business Manager and Vice President of Planning. It has stood out for its contribution to the formulation of policies, programs and projects regarding territorial competitiveness, productive inclusion, environmental sustainability and economic and social development.
